RAIN!!!! We finally got some rain and it set the fishing off! I have moved back to the Rockport area and it is paying off. I have had limits of drum and redfish on a regular basis. The tide has come up some with the rain and we have had a slight North wind also. This has enabled me to fish some of my favorite holes and it is working. I've been throwing shrimp on the shorelines and the fish are up thight on the grass. The fall fishing is shaping up to be very good.
