Dave Norriss, Troy Pearson and I headed out towards Baker and slammed the fish today. WE fished a couple of reefs in that area and did very well. Troy had a BIG dog tooth snapper and we smacked the ling again as well. There were rainbow runners on the reef too. We kept seeing dead snapper floating in the water so we never even tried to snapper fish. We trolled a weed line and the dorado came jumping over the weed patch to nail our baits. Final count- 3 Ling, 1 Dog Tooth Snapper, 6 Rainbow Runners, and 8 Dorado. It is always a rewarding trip to the big blue in the summer.
