We have still been fishing down South with good results. I fished the Cystic Fibrosis tournament in Rockport in the middle of the month and we did very well. It was the first time I have fished the local water in a while, but I was surprised at the success we had. The fishing is starting to turn around in Rockport and I am looking forward to the fall fishing here. We have had some big trout down South as well as some GIANT reds in the 38 to 40 inch range.
