I love to return to Cove Harbor in the late spring when the trout bite really turns on. There's nothing like hearing " go back up North" at 5:00 in the morning. Well, I follow the bite and when it is on here, I fish here- Too bad for them!!! Anyways, I was with Brian Christensen and his group today. Again it was a short day as they had a date on the beach with the kids for the afternoon. We got on fish fast and it stayed that way. We were back at the dock by 11:00 with 16 BIG trout in the box. I am fishing with Brian again in June and I am looking forward to seeing them again.
