Scout trip for the weekend with one of the Lighthouse crew and things went well. The wind was gone for a day after the rain and the fishing was fair. We found some trout over by the convent and then went out to Mesquite for the early morning bite. we picked up a few fish here and there. The bigger trout and redfish came in over shallow shell. We had 9 torut and a red. It wasn't hot, but we still found a few fish.
